Opening Ceremony

Help us kick off the Alaska Week of Dreams Presented by Global Credit Union with a special Opening Ceremony on June 27 from 6:30-7:30pm at Mulcahy Stadium in Anchorage!

Featuring an Alaska Native welcoming dance, flag procession (led by elite athletes, Military volunteers and Alaskan youth) pitches by MLB Ambassadors Greg A. Harris and DJ Carrasco, Color Guard, a performance from the Chugiak High School Choir, VIP remarks, history of Alaska baseball exhibit, and free copies of the storybook Alaska’s Fields of Dreamers: America’s Pastime in the Far North.
